California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice
This notice provides California residents with information about their privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This CCPA Notice applies to California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes how we collect, use, and share personal information of California consumers, and the rights you have regarding your personal information.

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
EmailSigPro does not sell your personal information.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Your California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
Right to Know
You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, as well as the sources, purposes, and third parties with whom we share this information.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share your personal information.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information
You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
6. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your California privacy rights, you can:
- Email us at privacy@emailsigpro.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line
- Include your full name and email address associated with your account
- Specify which right(s) you wish to exercise
We will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide additional information to help us verify your identity. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days.
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission and verify your own identity with us. Alternatively, you may provide a power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4000-4465.
8. Financial Incentives
We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the collection, retention, or sale of personal information.
9. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Account information: Until account deletion or 2 years of inactivity
- Transaction records: 7 years (as required by law)
- Local storage: Until cleared by you

We may update this CCPA Notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated notice on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
