Creating an account is optional for using the free version. For premium features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial for new premium subscribers. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied, please cancel before the trial ends.

• Create signatures containing harmful or offensive content

EmailSigPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailSigPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
